When the error message "Could not connect to sso.linkpizza.com" or "Failed to connect to api.pzz.io" is displayed when loading messages or plugin settings page, this caused by a blocked connection from your hosting party.

In this case, we recommend that you contact your hosting party and ask them to allow connections to "api.pzz.io" and "sso.linkpizza.com". This is necessary to connect your data to LinkPizza and to activate the plugin.
