Albert Heijn has a cookie period of 7 days. While most programs do not show leads when purchases occur outside the cookie time, AH does. Unfortunately, this means that you see many rejected leads at AH.

For example, we see that a click leads to a direct purchase (an approved lead), but that visitor then (after 7 days) places more orders at AH. You see these leads appear, but are immediately rejected.
